Membership Application

Application Process:
Complete the membership application online or print a copy of the application and mail to:

                        Attn: Membership Committee

Your application will be submitted to the membership committee for consideration. The committee will review your application and notify you of your membership status. If more than one(1) individual or business applies for the same category, consideration for membership will be given to the first individual or business to submit an application, a signed copy of the OPR Bylaws, and payment of the fees.

Membership Qualifications

Eligibility:
Any individual in good standing and having a business interest (ie.Client) within the area of an OPR chapter is eligible for membership. OPR allows only one member per professional or business category, as defined by OPR, to join, and no organization or individual may hold more than two (2) professional or business categories.

Membership Term:
The membership term for OPR members is one (1) calendar year, January 1 through December 31.

Category:
The category requested will be reserved as long as the Applicant remains in good standing with OPR.

Membership Fees:
The annual membership fee is two hundred sixty-four dollars ($264.00) for a specific category.

Quarterly Fees:
The membership fee of two hundred sixty-four dollars ($264.00) can be paid in full or in quarterly payments. If paying quarterly, the quarterly fee of sixty-six dollars ($66.00) is due January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. The entire $264.00 must be paid by October 1st. Membership fees are non-refundable, and failure to pay fees when due will jeopardize your membership in OPR.
